My little one gnaws on those long limbs constantly and the soft silicone is easy for her to grip. It really does seem to reach those sore spots in the back of her mouth that other teethers miss.

The sloth’s long limbs and rounded head are perfect for my little one to grab and gnaw on, and the silicone is genuinely durable after weeks of chewing. It reaches those back molars better than any other teether we’ve tried, which is a huge relief for us both.

The silicone is soft enough that my baby gnaws on it for a good fifteen minutes before losing interest, and the long limbs make it easy for her to grip. Took off one star only because the sloth's face collects a bit of drool that's annoying to wipe off between uses.
